This album is like the soundtrack to a dream, but one that's low on moments that would keep you returning. Only a few tracks feature the instantly recognizable Devine beat construction, and while the cinematic scope and depth of the rest of the record intrigues with the novelty of a first listen, there is a lack of coherence in the rushing backwards whooshes and metallic buzzes (which dominate most of the recording) that makes sustaining one's interest difficult. "Aleamapper" is a case of too much focus on too little material.
